Greetings!
To safeguard your trading account and mitigate potential risks arising from major economic data releases, news events, weekend market volatility, and gap openings, Maxain will implement a Higher Margin Requirement (HMR) policy during the following designated periods: before the weekly market close and after the Monday market open each week, as well as before and after major economic data releases and news events. The maximum leverage ratios for the relevant trading instruments will be adjusted accordingly.
1. HMR Implementation Period
Regular Weekend Period：1 hour before the weekly market close and 1 hour after the Monday market open (Server Time).
Other designated periods: 10 minutes before and after the monthly US Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP) release and the Federal Reserve interest rate decision.
2. Affected Products and Maximum Leverage Limits
During the aforementioned HMR period, the maximum leverage ratios for the following products will be adjusted as follows:

3. Important Reminders
- Impact on Open Positions: The HMR policy applies only to orders opened during the HMR period, and will remain in effect for the entire duration of those positions. Positions opened outside of the HMR period will no longer be affected.
4. Risk Warning
During the HMR Period , global macroeconomic developments, geopolitical events and other factors may trigger sharp price fluctuations of relevant products upon market reopening. The market may also experience low liquidity, widened spreads and other conditions, and trading with high leverage entails significant risks. We advise you to reasonably control your account positions, ensure sufficient margin in your account, avoid the risk of margin shortage caused by market fluctuations, and conduct trading operations with prudence during the HMR implementation period as well as prior to the release of major policies and news.
